Too much time on my hands

Alright, since my thesis is finished and printed and only needs to be handed in on Monday I find myself in a situation I didn’t experience for almost 9 months: I have free time! True, I still have to prepare for my final exams, but they are in May and to be honest, I think I can treat myself with a free weekend for a change. Next week, it’s business as usual, but the next two days … I will sleep.

Yes, you read correctly, no need to re-read the last sentence :) Today, after coming home from having my thesis printed and finalized, I just crashed on the couch and slept for three hours straight. And I intend to continue this throughout the weekend. The weather is supposed to be bad … storm warning is out … so I wouldn’t be able to do much more anyway.But wait … why am I posting this entry? Well, because I took the time to make another wallpaper. Babylon 5, of course. It’s my little tribute to the main characters: Delenn, John Sheridan, G’Kar, Stephen Franklin, Londo Mollari, Susan Ivanova and Michael Garibaldi. I intend to make this a series – to use different techniques on the same motif. Enjoy this one for now and I’ll be back here after a good, long sleep :)

Update: Part Two is now online. Actually it’s my third design, but the second just didn’t work out the way I wanted it to. I’ll try to come up with something different. Let me know what you think so far.
