Apollo is Tom Zarek!

Richard Hatch on SliceofSciFi It just came to me!

After I finished watching season 2 of »Battlestar Galactica« (2003) I suddenly realized that the dude who plays Tom Zarek looks remarkably like the guy advertised on the FedCon guestpage, but there he is credited as playing Apollo in the original Battlestar series. It’s the same guy! I think it’s great they gave Richard Hatch a role on the new installment of his show.

I’m so proud of myself … I needed only two seasons to figure that out on my own. :D

I have to admit that I really got into BSG. The first time I watched the show I quit when Michelle Forbes as Admiral Cain appeared. I just didn’t like her character at all and before that the whole development with Adama being shot and his XO messing things up for him … that was just too much. But after getting through all that, I liked the development the show took and now I can’t wait to start on season three.

Apollo is Tom Zarek … still can’t get over that revelation. Someone could’ve just told me, really …

Welcome to the BSG-Junkie-Club, glad you like the show.

The Season 2 final episode was the best episode of the whole show to that point, i loved it.

But just imagine how it is to have this huge cliffhanger hanging around for 10 months. Thats pretty damn close to torture. I hope you appreciate your luxury of directly continuing to season 3 ;-)

And I actually commented on that piece of work by Batch! But I really didn’t make the connection … mind you, Richard Hatch has aged a little ;) Only when I saw the name on the website and the name in the credits on the show it clicked …

And it is nice to have the episodes at hand to watch them through … but terribly distracting from my learning all the same ;)
