Auf der Suche im Webkatalog meiner Universitätsbibliothek bin ich gerade über ein Wortungetüm gestolpert, welches meine Kritik am zunehmenden Denglish zumindest kurzzeitig verstummen lässt.

Und ich dachte schon, mein Vater sei mit der Bezeichnung “Scheibe” für CD’s und DVD’s besonders kreativ, aber Videoplatte!?!

Ich hoffe, niemand versucht nach dem Lesen dieser Bezeichnung den Lesearm eines Schallplattenspielers auf eine DVD zu setzen …
