Love the book. Love the movie.
Usually I dislike book adaptions; they twist the story until it will appeal to a wide spectrum of an audience and the beauty of the printed pages just gets lost. So I was especially sceptic when one of my all time favorite books was transferred to the big screen.I first stumbled upon ‘PS: I love you’ the year it was released. Now, I passed my exam today as well (2.0, yay!), went to work (another: yay!) and upon coming home found three (!) Amazon packages waiting for me.
The only problem is: it’s not my birthday yet! So I can’t open any of the packages though two of them are full of books I ordered myself, I just don’t know which ones! *argh* This is hell!

I just watched “The Golden Compass“, which was terrific (and I will give it a full review later), but of course the ending … how on earth is this story ending? I have no idea and since I will cash in another book voucher this week, I have already ordered the “His Dark Materials” Trilogy by Philip Pullman.
