This Saturday, March 28, make a stand and switch your lights off for one hour, starting 8:30pm!
For the third year in a row, organizations, individuals, and companies are asked to support the cause of Earth Hour. The goal is to raise awareness about the climate crisis and environmental challenges by switching the lights off for one hour (better: switch off as many electronic devices as you can).

Last weekend Al Gore visited Poznan (Poland) to speak at the 14th United Nations Climate Change Conference and here’s his speech (video) as well as a transcript of the speech itself. If president-elect Barack Obama keeps only half the promises he makes in the weeks running up to him finally relieving the cowboy of his post, he will be an amazing president.
